Since we will be staying at the Sarova in the Mara, they have given us the following deal at the Whitesands in Mombasa:The flying package to Whitesands is from the Mara and is quoted in KSH (around 100KSH to the £). You would be advised the exchange rate when paying
The package includes:
· Two nights half board accommodation in a standard room,
· Airfare and airport transfers
Rate: Ksh 26,900 per person sharing.
Extra Night: Kshs 6000 per person sharing
Room Supplement:
Sea front room – Kshs 2500
Palm Room – Ksh 3000
Should you take a road package (7 hour drive from Nairobi to Mombasa), you can stay in Nairobi for a nights rest on Thursday night then travel to Whitesands on Friday 6th.
Accommodation on Half Board:
Dates: November
Double standard room – US$ 200 per room per night
Double Sea Front Room – US$ 240 per room per night
The price of the road package will be sent through shortly and I will post it as soon as I can.
The Whitesands has had good reviews on TripAdvisor but there are also quite a few other good looking places on the coast.
